Welcome to the new experiment!

SciFi4Me has been covering sci-fi, fantasy, and horror since 2009. We’ve been growing ever so slowly because we’re not an advocacy site. We don’t draw a line in the sand and say “agree with us or else” like some others have done.

We believe in respecting our audience. Even though all of our programming is free, you’re still the paying customer, and your feedback is valuable in helping us craft material that’s relevant. Like Charlie Daniels said, “Never look at the empty seats.” You matter, and we take that trust very seriously.

In recent years, Big Tech has effectively drawn that line, so we’re always on the lookout for alternative ways to get the word out about our work. We’re very proud of what we do here, and we like sharing it with as many people as we can. So here we are on “alt-tech” to see what we can see.

Like everything else, there will be “abort or pivot” points here on Locals, same as we have on other platforms. Your interaction and feedback will help us move in just the right direction. And we welcome all opinions.

So, let’s see what happens. Agree, disagree, challenge us, praise us, share us. At the end of the day, we just want to find the answer to the age-old question….
